to suit your needs.  While menu items change sesonally,

 we have limitless choices for buffet style, dinners  and

Creamy Crab and Roasted Red Pepper,  Caesar Salad  or   Mixed Field Greens

Choice of Entrée  

Heart of Palm Salad tender hearts of palm, Shang Hai, sweet bell peppers and carrots finished with red grapefruit butter

Beef Tips Au Poivre  beef tips sautéed with cracked pepper, cradled in a potato nest, then served with mashed potatoes, sauteed baby spinach, & a horseradish butter

Veal Carbonara medallions of veal tenderloin sautéed with pancetta, roasted red peppers & shallots and a touch of cream, served atop sweet pea risotto 

Pecan-Crusted Free Range Chicken served with jalapeno corn cake, sautéed green beans, and   peach chutney, finished with goat cheese

Almond Crusted Tilapia sautéed, served atop a salad of hearts of palm, bok choy, sweet bell       peppers and carrots, finished with a ruby red grapefruit butter

Mediterranean Seafood Pasta   shrimp, scallops and lump crab sautéed with spinach, basil, garlic, kalamata olives, tomatoes and angel hair pasta with crumbled feta

Crab Cakes Picattapan seared, served over angel hair pasta and sautéed spinach with a roasted    red pepper lemon caper butter 

Short Rib Osso Buco tender beef short ribs braised in a rich demi-glaze, served gorgonzola     smashed potatoes and sautéed spinach    

 Crispy Roasted Half Duck  half duck oven-roasted until crisp and golden, served with herb     roasted red bliss potatoes, sautéed green beans and a sun-dried cherry sauce
